Precautions for storage of Titanium Stainless Steel Sheet

1. Prevent ultraviolet: plate in the case of uncovering the film can not be

stored in a place with strong light for a long time.

2. Prevent acid and alkali corrosion: indoor such as high acid and alkali   

chemical volatilization, can not place titanium plate for a long time.

3. Prevent burning and discoloration: if there is a high temperature open   

fire directly contact with the surface of stainless steel, there will be a film  

color change in a short time.

4. Gradual change of color value: the color will not change much within   1 year after the plate coating is completed. After 1 year, the color (except   

rose gold) will gradually deepen, although the change rate is slow, but the   

comparison with the new plate can still be seen visually. Direct ultraviolet  

light will accelerate the change of color value.

5. Color degradation: after the plate is installed and the film is uncovered,   the color will not fade within 15 years under normal process conditions, with only a slight change. But it accelerates or even directly causes fading under   certain conditions. (such as high ph, burning, uv, longterm rain erosion, etc.)

Note: if the special process (anti-fingerprint, etc.)   is added to the titanium

plate, it can ensure that the color will not fade within 20-30 years,   and the   color value changes still exist.
